 Protein Power Breakfast Bowl 🍳🥗☕

Ingredients:



2 boiled eggs (soft or medium) 🥚


½ avocado 🥑


½ cucumber, sliced 🥒


Handful of cherry tomatoes 🍅


Lettuce or mixed greens 🥬


½ cup tofu cubes 🍱


¼ cup cooked corn 🌽


½ cup sautéed ground chicken or turkey 🍗


1 green onion, chopped


Sesame seeds, salt & pepper to taste


1 tbsp olive oil or sesame dressing


Instructions:



1. Arrange lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and tofu in a bowl.


2. Add sliced boiled eggs, avocado, corn, and cooked ground chicken.


3. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.


4. Drizzle olive oil or sesame dressing on top.


5. Serve with a slice of buttered toast, fruit, and a glass of iced coffee for a full breakfast plate. ☕🍞🍊
