If Dana Hadn’t Warned Me… (Part 5 — Final)
Sometimes the “official story” isn’t the truth.
Later that morning, a hospital administrator tried to thank us for our cooperation and asked if I could stop sharing the video.
Dana met his eyes and said, “No.”
Because here’s the thing: if Dana hadn’t slipped me that note, I might have ignored my instincts. I might have gone for coffee. I might have left Mark alone.
And if I had… I don’t know what would’ve been changed. A wristband. A chart. A medication. Something small that could’ve become a disaster.
If you’re reading this—have you ever had a moment where a stranger warned you about something no one else would say out loud?
Or a situation where the “official story” didn’t match what you saw with your own eyes?
Leave a comment and tell me: would you have checked the cameras, or trusted the hospital and tried to forget what happened?
