🥩 Steak Salad Bowl




Ingredients:

200g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

2 cups romaine or mixed lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

½ cup sweet corn (cooked or canned, drained)

½ cucumber (sliced, optional)

For the dressing:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp honey

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the steak – Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook – Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak 3–4 minutes per side (medium) or to your liking. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

3. Assemble salad – In a large bowl, arrange lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn.

4. Add steak – Place sliced steak on top, sprinkle sesame seeds.

5. Make dressing – Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over salad.

6. Serve – Toss lightly and enjoy warm or cold.
