  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 300g minced meat (beef or chicken)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 100g grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking tray with butter.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a bit of oil until soft. Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
